SOE Student Teaching Handbook

Observation Form          
This form is completed by faculty and cooperating teachers for each observation.
The form is similar to the one in the Student Teaching Manual, but it has been
updated to reflect "backward design" in the lesson planning process.


Candidate Proficiency Evaluation Form

This is the final evaluation form to be completed at the end of each rotation
in student teaching.
